Credibility is an invaluable commodity that must be earned and maintained. While no single course of action can guarantee results, there are time-tested ways to help establish and maintain one’s credibility. Among these are: train and certify to the highest level possible, obtain appropriate field experience, follow published industry standards, and always use proper test equipment.
