15 Thermographers Achieve Level III Certification

Mount Laurel, NJ  July 7, 2010 -- Fifteen thermographers from around the world recently completed Infraspection Institute’s Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer® training course. Recognized for providing the highest level of certification in the infrared industry, Infraspection’s Level III course covers a wide variety of topics including best practices. The course was taught by Jim Seffrin, Director of Infraspection Institute.

At the end of the class, Mr. Seffrin had this to say: “We very proud of our Level III graduates. Given current economic conditions, it is especially gratifying to see so many fellow thermographers willing to commit time and effort to advance their training and credentials to the highest level possible.”

Infraspection’s Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer® training course covers advanced topics related to developing, implementing, and managing a successful infrared inspection program. Topics include: latest applications, hardware & software, current industry standards and specifications, OSHA and NFPA safety standards, marketing and promoting an infrared inspection program, thermography as legal documentation, heat transfer analysis software, current industry certification criteria, and how to develop and implement standards-compliant written practices and procedures.
