IR/INFO 2011

~ Call for Papers Now Open ~

 

Burlington, NJ  March 24, 2010   Infraspection Institute is pleased to announce that its annual Advanced Training Conference, Technical Symposium and Technology Expo, IR/INFO 2011 will be held January 9 – 12, 2011 in Orlando, Florida.  Now in its 22nd year, the conference will be held at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.

According to Jim Seffrin, Director of Infraspection Institute, “IR/INFO is a unique function aimed at gathering the best infrared thermographers, facility managers,  building inspectors, and PdM specialists from around the world.  At IR/INFO 2011, attendees will receive cutting edge information that is relevant, useful and practical in today’s workplace.”

Infraspection Institute is also seeking papers and presenters for IR/INFO 2011.  Invited topics include, but are not limited to:  safety, emerging applications, building sciences, related NDT, case histories, as well as tips and tricks.  Presentations are typically 25 minutes with 5 minutes for Q & A time with the audience.  All papers and presentations will be published in the IR/INFO Proceedings.  The deadline for abstract submissions is July 31.

Several social activities are planned for IR/INFO 2011.  These include a welcome reception, a golf outing, and a bass fishing excursion on Sunday.  Also planned is an evening at Epcot where a private reception will be held during the IllumiNations spectacular.  Each of these activities offers a perfect opportunity to make new friends and network while having fun.
