Once considered a novelty, the internet is now a part of everyday personal and business life. Although most consumers use the web prior to purchasing goods or services, many infrared companies maintain ineffective websites or none at all. Because your website represents your company’s public image, your website can make or break your business. Properly designed websites can improve productivity, corporate image, and sales. They are now critical to a company’s long term success or failure. This presentation will focus on the key elements of a website and ten steps for developing and maintaining a website. This course is a must for thermographers who already have or are considering setting up a website.

Intended audience

Instructor

R. James Seffrin is a Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer® and Director of Infraspection Institute located in Burlington, NJ. Mr. Seffrin has over 24 years experience in performing infrared inspections for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential applications. He is a co-author of several industry standards and is qualified as an expert witness on the subject of thermography.
