As a special feature for IR/INFO 2011, we will be holding our annual IRINFO Group Social on Tuesday evening, January 11 at Disney’s Epcot theme park. This event will include admission to Epcot and a private reception during the IllumiNations spectacular.
Admission to the park begins at 4:00 pm when guests are welcome to explore all that Epcot has to offer. Guests are invited to meet on the waterfront terrace located directly in front of Italy for a private dessert reception and party beginning at 7:45 pm. The waterfront terrace is reserved for IR/INFO attendees and provides a spectacular vantage point for viewing the IllumiNations show.
For our reception, Disney’s award-winning culinary team has created a special dessert menu that promises an unforgettable treat to cap off the evening. A cash bar will also be available. The finale of the evening is the premiere nighttime spectacular, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. This one-of-a-kind, awe-inspiring show over the World Showcase Lagoon touches the spirit by combining video technology, water fountains, lasers, special lighting effects, and pyrotechnics, all programmed to an original music score. It is the perfect finish to a fun filled evening.
The IRINFO Group Social is being sponsored by IRINFO.ORG and is free to those registered for the full conference. Tickets for guests, relatives and attendees of IR/INFO 2011 who have not registered for the full conference are available for $69 per person.
